Completed in 2018 by www.mcconway.ie this house was the template design for a new residential development in Furbo for 7 detached houses.
While all of the homes have been tailored to their individual sites and owners requirements there are some commonalities between them.
Our aim with these houses was to create bright and spacious homes that take full advantage of the views of Galway Bay.
This was achieved by creating an inverted house plan with bedrooms below and living areas above ensuring elevated sea views were captured from all the main spaces.
The open plan layout with a vaulted entrance hall allowed for an abundance of natural light and a spacious feel.
