Renovation & Extension
Located in cul-de-sac within an established residential area. This house had been left uncompleted and uninhabited. When the new owners purchased the property, they appointed Plan A with a brief to remodel the existing house.
With a small extension and a reworking of the internal layout the house was transformed into a bright and spaces home with an emphasis on the connection to the outside patio and garden spaces. This gave the home the type of spaces ideal for family living while also maximising on passive solar gain creating a more energy efficient house.
