The home owners brief for this 1960’s bungalow was to transform the dark and cellular layout into a bright and spacious home. To achieve this the internal layout was remodeled and a spacious and bright open plan extension added.
The existing structure itself was in need of extensive remedial work. A deep retrofit followed with a new roof, new ground floor, external insulation and complete rewiring and re-plumbing. The end product is testament to the building contractors www.creggduffconstruction.ie care and attention.
