Completed in 2018 by www.cormicanbuilders.com this new build has been designed to meet the brief for a functional family home.
A layout conducive to family living has been created with an open plan kitchen as the primary space and radiating out from this; the more formal living space located to the west, patio & garden spaces to the south and utility rooms and circulation spaces located to the north. The open plan area also contains a south facing double height space which interconnects with the circulation spaces behind creating a spacious and bright home.
The form of the house has been subdivided to reflect the logic of the internal layout, and contains well balanced proportions with clean straight lines preventing visual clutter.
