CONSERVATION
Works were completed on site in 2018 by experienced Conservation Contractor Mathieu and Mitchell Ltd. www.mathieu-mitchell-builders.ie
This project involved repair works to the front façade of the protected structure. Timber lintels at ground and first floor levels were suffering from decay as a result of water ingress into the building. Decayed lintels were replaced on both levels and repair works were carried out meticulously on a like for like basis to the cornice above the signage board, to the moulding around the windows and to the render on the façade.
