One off house
Completed as part of a small residential development in 2018 by www.mcconway.ie. Our brief for this new build was to capture the sites wonderful views of Galway Bay.
To achieve this we designed a split level house with the living spaces located above and the bedrooms below with an intermediate entrance level to reduce vertical circulation. This allowed for elevated views from all the principle spaces while also minimising the impact on the surrounding properties and landscape.
With input from the developer, contractor and the home owner an energy efficient and light filled contemporary design was achieved.
